A: After receiving your Logo or design files, We will quote within 2 hours (except on weekends and holidays), and discuss details with you. Then we will confirm and deliver samples to you. You don't have to worry about production and shipment, as we are equipped with talented people with years of production and foreign trade!

Q2. What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is generally 100 pcs depending on the products.

For the difficult ones, It depends on the customization type:package design customization, color customization, logo printing tailored shape, size, and logo. Welcome to send message to our professional sales for more detailed information.

Q3. Can I mix colors?

A: Yes, you could mix colors as you need.

Q4. Are the samples free for buyers, or need extra fees?

A: We always have discounts for our new business partners! If you're looking for manufacturers,

please feel free to contact us! Non-custom samples are free, custom samples will charge proofing fees.

Q5. Can I get discounts?

A: Yes, for big orders, frequent customers, and new business partners, we'll give reasonable discounts.
